We have a 30-day return policy, so get in touch if you’d like to send an unwanted item for a refund. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

You will be refunded to your original payment method when our warehouse has received your return, once received you will get an email confirmation.The refund may take up to 5 days to appear on your account.

Public Pool sunscreens are made in Miami, Florida.

We recommend washing your Public Pool towels before use as follows: machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Do not bleach, do not wash with heavy weight garments. Tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean.
